Our 12-Step Professional Cleaning Method

1. Pre-Inspection & Cleaning Assessment

​Before cleaning begins, we inspect carpets and upholstery to identify fibre types, staining, wear patterns and any areas of concern. If we believe a carpet, rug or upholstery item is unsuitable for cleaning or unlikely to achieve an acceptable result, we will explain this before work starts. In some cases, a small test clean may be carried out on an inconspicuous area, particularly on delicate upholstery fabrics. In the rare event that we are unable to proceed with cleaning, we will explain the reasons honestly and leave without charge.

2. Fragrance Selection

​Choose a complimentary Green Apple or Cherry fragrance before cleaning begins. Your selected fragrance is incorporated into the cleaning process.

3. Pre-Cleaning Preparation

​To achieve the best possible results, carpets should be vacuumed before our arrival and loose items such as clothing, toys and boxes removed from the areas being cleaned.

4. Furniture Preparation

Light furniture such as chairs, footstools and small tables can be repositioned where required. We do not move large, heavy, fragile or valuable items such as TV units, computer desks or display cabinets.

5. Targeted Pre-Treatment

​Specialist treatments are applied where required for pet accidents, food spills, drinks, grease, makeup, water marks and other staining.

6. Additional Treatment For Heavily Soiled Areas

​Heavily used walkways and stubborn soiling may receive further treatment to help break down embedded dirt before extraction cleaning.

7. Eco-Friendly Cleaning Solution Application

​We use premium professional-grade eco-friendly cleaning solutions developed specifically for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Unlike general household cleaning products, these specialist formulas help remove embedded dirt, stains and odours while protecting carpet fibres. Suitable for homes with children, pets and allergy sufferers.

8. Gentle Agitation Process

​The cleaning solution is worked into the fibres to help loosen dirt, oils and contaminants from deep within the carpet pile.

9. Hot Water Extraction Cleaning

​Our professional machine rinses and extracts dirt using powerful hot water extraction technology, helping remove dirt, allergens and contamination from deep within the fibres.

10. Separate Clean & Dirty Water System

​Fresh clean water and recovered dirty water are kept in completely separate tanks. Customers are welcome to inspect the recovered dirty water and see the results of the cleaning process for themselves.

11. Water Disposal & Machine Top-Up

​Dirty water is safely disposed of where suitable drainage is available. Larger cleaning projects may require additional fresh water and cleaning solution to be added during the cleaning process.

12. Final Inspection & Customer Walkthrough

​Before leaving, we inspect the cleaned areas together with the customer. If any area requires additional attention, it is re-cleaned before completion as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Important Advice Before Your Cleaning Appointment

Please avoid treating stains yourself before we arrive. Many household stain removers can permanently damage carpet fibres, cause colour loss, bleaching, browning or make stains more difficult to remove professionally.

In particular, please avoid using Vanish or similar supermarket stain-removal products. While these products may appear to improve a stain initially, they can sometimes set stains permanently, damage carpet fibres or create cleaning complications that are difficult to correct.

For the best chance of successful stain removal, leave the affected area untouched and allow our technician to assess the stain before treatment. Using the wrong product or scrubbing aggressively can sometimes make a stain permanent.
