Today, with more than 34 years of carpet and upholstery cleaning experience, Lee has cleaned thousands of carpets, sofas, rugs, mattresses, leather suites and commercial premises, including offices, schools, nurseries, care homes, golf clubs, pubs, restaurants, communal areas and car showrooms.

 

Lee personally carries out the work, combining specialist diploma qualifications, award-winning service and over three decades of hands-on experience to deliver the best possible results for every customer.

Holly Wood – Customer Service, Marketing & Bookings

 

Holly manages customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, website management, online marketing and day-to-day administration for Elite Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd. She helps ensure every customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient service from first contact through to job completion.

 

Holly studied Hospitality and Business Management at college and university in London and uses her experience to oversee customer service, business administration and marketing activities. She manages the company website, online advertising, customer communications by emails and booking systems, helping the business continue to grow while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

 

Working closely with Lee, Holly helps coordinate both domestic and commercial cleaning projects across Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, London and surrounding areas, ensuring appointments run smoothly and customers receive prompt and helpful support.

​What Cleaning Methods And Equipment Do We Use?

 

We use professional hot water extraction carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment designed to achieve deep cleaning results while helping carpets and fabrics dry quickly. Our powerful extraction machines remove dirt, allergens, stains and cleaning residues from deep within the fibres.

 

We use eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for children, pets and allergy sufferers. Harsh chemicals are avoided wherever possible, and every cleaning product is selected based on the type of carpet, upholstery fabric and level of soiling.

 

Targeted stain treatments and pre-sprays are only used where necessary. Every job is assessed individually to determine the most suitable cleaning method. Our powerful extraction equipment leaves carpets slightly damp rather than soaking wet, with most carpets typically drying within approximately 2–4 hours depending on carpet type, airflow and room conditions.
